Sport Eleven Consultancy is a company that specialises in discovering players and works with the biggest football clubs in the world to help them to identify players and assist in recruitment.
Sport Eleven started discovering talents in French football over ten years ago, identifying dozens of players, many of whom came from the lower leagues and over time have become the stars of clubs in the top European leagues: Pepe, Kante, Pavard, Ismaila Sarr, Reine-Adelaide, Bourigeaud, Guendouzi, Sanson, Ntep, Mendy, Saint-Maximin, Sidibe, Guerreiro, Tousart, Plea, Benatia, Maupay, they are only a part of the many talents discovered up until now.
It is thanks to the scouting and consultancy partnership work that it was possible for Epic Sports to sign a representation agreement with Soumaula Coulibaly, (2003) central defender at Paris Saint-Germain who is tipped to become one of the biggest players of his generation. Also Epic Sports were able to sign an exclusive mandate with Cheikh Niasse, (2000), defensive midfielder of Lille.
Furthermore, thanks to the constant tracking of all players in the major international tournaments around Europe and to the daily monitoring of the main European and non-European leagues, Sport Eleven was able to identify way in advance the technical and tactical qualities of many top talents that have starred for some of the world’s biggest clubs, including the likes of Alisson Becker of Liverpool, Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo, AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez, Roma duo Nicola Zaniolo and Pau Lopez and Belgium international Thomas Meunier. It is also at the forefront of the English, German and Italian markets, which is constantly being followed.
Sport Eleven is also at the head of a scouting project that looks carefully at the African market, whose results are already bearing fruit with identification of names like Zito Luvumbo (who is being followed by top European clubs), Osvaldo Capemba, Youssouph Badji and last but not least the attacking midfielder Nicolas Jackson, recently signed by Villarreal, with the assistance of Epic Sports.
Even before Sport Eleven started to study the African markets more systematically, the company helped identify talented profiles discovered at the Bamako academy such as Amadou Haidara who is highly-regarded at RasenBallsport Leipzig, Yves Bissouma, who first moved to Europe with Lille in France and is currently playing in the English Premier League with Brighton & Hove Albion and Mohamed Camara, a 20-year-old midfielder, star of the last U20 World Cup with Mali and young talent owned by Red Bull Salzburg.
In recent years, Sport Eleven has followed the Portuguese market with increasing attention, identifying exciting talents such as the Domingos Quina (1999) who is now at Watford, Ronaldo Camara (2003) (Benfica U23) and his team-mate Paulo Bernardo (2002).
